MIG Welder Comparison
Compare the MIG200 and MIG200 DP LCD. Best for steel, aluminum, flux core, and multi-process welding. Ideal for beginners to professionals.
TIG Welder Comparison
Compare the DC TIG200 and ACDC TIG200P. Best for precision welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum. From entry-level to professional AC/DC TIG.
Stick Welder Guide
The ARC200 DV supports MMA/Stick + DC Lift TIG, not MIG wire-feed welding. DC Lift TIG requires argon shielding gas and an appropriate torch and accessories. Verify power source requirements before use; voltage alone does not establish compatibility with a household circuit or generator.
TIG, nominal 220V: 200A/35%, 152A/60%, 118A/100%
TIG, nominal 110V: 120A/30%, 85A/60%, 66A/100%
MMA/Stick, nominal 220V: 200A/15%, 99A/60%, 77A/100%
MMA/Stick, nominal 110V: 120A/10%, 49A/60%, 38A/100%
The owner confirms the nameplate PDF as the final label for the current retail batch. At nominal 220V, the label specifies 35% at 200A for TIG versus 15% at 200A for MMA/Stick. Ratings apply only to their listed process and nominal input. The label uses nominal 220V; the manual separately lists 230V ±15% for the high-voltage output-adjustment range. These are distinct source entries, not identical test entries.
Duty cycle is a fraction of a specified test period at a stated current and ambient temperature, not unlimited continuous welding. A 100% entry applies only to its listed current and applicable test conditions, not continuous operation at maximum output. Confirm applicable model/version specifications and electrical requirements for your unit. No universal thickness capability or 15A/20A circuit compatibility is promised.
