🎥 SEE IT IN ACTION — Real Welder Review

⚡ 6 WELDING PROCESSES. ONE MACHINE. 100% PURE COPPER CABLES. BUILT-IN LIGHT. INTELLIGENT FANS.

The ARCPEX MIG200 is a professional-grade 200A 6-in-1 multi-process welder engineered for welders who need versatility without compromise. Featuring Synergic Smart Control, 10-Group Job Memory, 100% Pure Copper Cables, a Built-in Work Light, and Intelligent Cooling Fans — this is the most complete entry-level professional welder in the ARCPEX lineup.

🔧 WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

🖥️ SMART SYNERGIC CONTROL & LED DISPLAY

Our exclusive Smart LED Interface delivers accurate, real-time data with enhanced readability — easy to read even in bright environments or while wearing a dark lens helmet.

Synergic Mode coordinates wire feed speed and voltage by wire diameter to provide an easier starting point. Manual Mode gives experienced welders full parameter control. Switch between modes anytime.

10-Group Job Memory saves your favorite settings for fast recall. Features Burn Back adjustment and Pre/Post Flow gas controls for cleaner arc starts and finishes.

🥇 100% PURE COPPER CABLES

The MIG200 includes a 10-ft 100% Copper Ground Lead and a 10-ft 100% Copper Electrode-Holder Lead — solid pure copper cores for maximum conductivity, heat resistance, and longevity.

Superior conductivity and flexibility significantly reduce resistance and heat buildup. These durable cables withstand repeated dragging and bending, delivering a stable arc and safer welding experience.

ARCPEX MIG200 Aluminum Welding

🪩 2 WAYS TO WELD ALUMINUM

Option 1 — Standard MIG Torch: Install a compatible Teflon or graphene liner (sold separately) for aluminum wire feeding. A practical setup for occasional aluminum welding when properly configured.

Option 2 — Optional Spool Gun: Shortens the aluminum wire path for more consistent feeding, especially for frequent aluminum welding. Sold separately. Connects via the dedicated 12-pin aviation port.

Both aluminum setups require separately sold accessories.

Smart Cooling System

Equipped with a dual intelligent auto-sleep fan system featuring a top-and-bottom layout. Fans activate on demand to help maintain stable operating temperature during sustained welding — reducing unnecessary noise and dust intake during idle periods.

This advanced cooling mechanism is complemented by a protective windproof and dustproof design, significantly enhancing operational safety and reliability.

🔥 USER-CENTRIC DESIGN & SAFETY

The ARCPEX MIG200 features a built-in LED light inside the wire compartment for effortless wire loading in dimly lit garages or job sites.

🔌 DUAL VOLTAGE + 2LB & 10LB SPOOL SUPPORT

110V/220V auto-sensing — no manual switching required. Full 200A output on 220V. Use 110V for lighter repairs and garage projects.

Supports both compact 2LB and heavy-duty 10LB wire spools. Compatible with ER70S-6 (Solid), E71T-GS (Flux Core), ER4043 (Aluminum), and ER308L (Stainless Steel).

⚠️ Welding wire not included.

💡 MIG200 vs MIG200 DP LCD: The standard MIG200 is the right choice for welders who need a reliable 6-in-1 multi-process machine for steel, stainless, and aluminum (via standard MIG torch with liner or optional spool gun). For dedicated aluminum MIG with Dual Pulse, Fast MIG, Cold MIG, and UP MIG — upgrade to the MIG200 DP LCD.

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What additional equipment do I need to start welding?
For MIG welding: a shielding gas cylinder (75% Argon / 25% CO2 for steel), a regulator, and MIG wire. For flux core: just the wire, no gas needed. For Stick: welding electrodes (E6013 recommended for beginners). Everything else is included in the box.
Is the ARCPEX MIG200 suitable for beginners or professionals?
Both. Synergic mode coordinates wire feed speed and voltage by wire diameter to provide an easier starting point for beginners. Manual mode gives professionals full control over voltage, wire speed, and inductance. The 10-group job memory is ideal for professionals switching between jobs.
What is Synergic Control and why does it matter?
Synergic control coordinates wire feed speed and voltage based on your selected wire diameter, providing a stable starting point and reducing setup guesswork. Experienced welders can fine-tune all parameters manually for precise control.
Do I need a spool gun to weld aluminum?
No. The ARCPEX MIG200 can weld aluminum using the standard MIG torch when equipped with a compatible Teflon or graphene liner (sold separately) — a practical setup for occasional aluminum welding when properly configured. An optional spool gun (sold separately) connects via the dedicated 12-pin aviation port and shortens the wire path for more consistent feeding, especially for frequent aluminum welding jobs.
Does it work on 110V household power?
Yes. The MIG200 auto-senses between 110V and 220V. On 110V, a dedicated 20A circuit is recommended for full performance. On 220V (dryer outlet), you get the full 200A output. No manual switching required.
What's the shipping timeline?
Ships from Ontario, CA within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery 3–7 business days. Free shipping on US orders over $500. Express shipping available — contact service@arcpexweld.com.
