Typically within 1 business day. We process requests Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM PST.
What documents do you accept for verification?
We accept the following:
• Active Duty Military: Email from a .mil address, or verify via ID.me
• Veterans: DD-214 with SSN and sensitive info blacked out, or verify via ID.me
• First Responders & Healthcare: Agency/employer ID, or verify via ID.me
We do not require or accept photocopies of federal military IDs, and we ask that you always redact your SSN before sending any documents.
Is the discount available for international military personnel?
