MIG200 — 6-in-1 Multi-Process

MIGFlux CoreStickTIG110V/220V
  1. 1Unbox and inspect: welder, MIG gun, ground clamp, power cable, gas hose
  2. 2Install wire spool: open side panel, mount 4"/8" spool, thread wire through drive roller to gun liner
  3. 3Set drive roller: match groove size to wire diameter (0.030" or 0.035")
  4. 4Connect gas: attach regulator to CO2/Argon tank, set flow to 15–25 CFH
  5. 5Select voltage: plug into 110V or 220V — machine auto-detects
  6. 6Set parameters: Voltage 1–4, Wire Speed 1–10 (start at mid-range for 1/8" mild steel)
  7. 7Attach ground clamp to workpiece, press trigger to feed wire, begin welding
Pro Pick

MIG200 DP LCD — Dual Pulse

Dual Pulse MIGSynergicLCD Panel110V/220V
  1. 1Unbox: welder, Euro-connect MIG gun, ground clamp, gas hose, power cable
  2. 2Install wire spool and thread wire through drive roller to gun tip
  3. 3Connect shielding gas (75/25 Ar/CO2 for steel, 100% Argon for aluminum)
  4. 4Power on — LCD displays current program. Select material type on panel
  5. 5Use Synergic mode: set wire diameter + material — machine auto-sets voltage & speed
  6. 6Enable Dual Pulse: set Peak/Base current ratio and pulse frequency for aluminum
  7. 7Attach ground clamp, test weld on scrap, fine-tune as needed

DC TIG200 — Steel & Stainless

DC TIGHF StartMMA110V/220V
  1. 1Unbox: welder, TIG torch (WP-17), ground clamp, foot pedal (if included)
  2. 2Assemble TIG torch: install back cap, collet body, collet, and tungsten electrode
  3. 3Sharpen tungsten to a point (2% Thoriated or Lanthanated for DC welding)
  4. 4Connect torch to negative (-) terminal, ground clamp to positive (+)
  5. 5Connect 100% Argon gas, set flow to 15–20 CFH
  6. 6Select TIG mode, set amperage (1A per 0.001" material thickness as starting point)
  7. 7Enable HF Start, hold torch 1/8" from workpiece, press pedal to arc
Best for Aluminum

ACDC TIG200P — Pulse Aluminum

AC/DC TIGPulseHF StartMMA
  1. 1Unbox: welder, TIG torch, ground clamp, foot pedal, gas hose
  2. 2For aluminum: install pure tungsten (green) or Zirconiated (white), ball the tip slightly
  3. 3For steel/stainless: use 2% Lanthanated tungsten, sharpen to a point
  4. 4Connect torch to negative (-), ground to positive (+)
  5. 5Connect 100% Argon, set flow to 15–25 CFH
  6. 6Select AC mode for aluminum, DC for steel. Set Balance (AC cleaning: 25–35%)
  7. 7Enable Pulse if welding thin aluminum: set Peak 150A / Base 30A / 2Hz as starting point
  8. 8Press foot pedal to start arc, add filler rod at 15–20° angle

💡 Quick Setup Tips

Dual Voltage Auto-Detect

All ARCPEX machines auto-detect 110V vs 220V. Just plug in — no switch needed.

First Weld = Test Weld

Always run a test bead on scrap metal before welding your actual workpiece.

Ground Clamp Placement

Attach ground as close to the weld area as possible for best arc stability.

Gas Flow Rate

15–25 CFH is the standard range. Increase slightly in windy or outdoor conditions.
