• Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery
• Quality Issues: We cover return shipping — no cost to you

You may cancel your order before it has shipped for a full refund with no fees.

If your order has already shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return and standard return conditions apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• In original packaging, unused and unmounted (for personal-reason returns)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items: Custom orders, special-order items, and consumables (wire, electrodes, etc.) are not eligible for return unless defective.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, we will make it right — at no cost to you.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue
• We will arrange free return shipping or send a replacement immediately
• Refund or replacement processed within 3 business days of receiving the item
• Transit damage: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, note it on the delivery slip or refuse the shipment

Note: A restocking fee of 10% (minimum $50 USD) may apply for personal-reason returns. No restocking fee is charged for defective or incorrect items.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 3 business days after we receive and inspect the return
• Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund
• Refund amount is based on the USD amount actually received; we are not responsible for exchange rate differences

All ARCPEX WELD welding machines come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

• Warranty claims: contact us within the warranty period with proof of purchase
• We will repair or replace the defective unit at our discretion
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay duties, all associated fees (original shipping, return shipping, restocking) will be deducted from your refund.
