The ARCPEX ARC200 DV is a dual-voltage MMA/Stick and DC Lift TIG 2-in-1 welder built for construction, pipeline, farm, and mobile welding. The published manual lists input of 110V ±15% and 230V ±15%, with output adjustment ranges of 10–120A and 10–200A respectively. Hot Start, Arc Force, Anti-Stick, and VRD protection — in a compact IGBT inverter. Backed by a 2-Year Extended Warranty and 6-hour rapid response support.
⚡ OUTPUT RANGE & DUTY CYCLE
The published manual lists 10–120A output adjustment at 110V ±15% input and 10–200A at 230V ±15% input. The upper adjustment range is not a promise of continuous welding at that current.
Duty-cycle ratings below come from the owner-approved final nameplate PDF for the current retail batch. The label uses nominal U1=220V and U1=110V; the manual separately specifies 230V ±15% and 110V ±15% input. The manual's 230V entry and the label's nominal 220V entry are distinct source labels, not identical test entries.

Each current/duty-cycle pairing applies only to its stated process and label input voltage. Duty cycle is the share of a specified test period during which the welder can operate at a stated current and ambient temperature. A 100% entry applies only to that listed current under the applicable test conditions, not unlimited welding at maximum output. Allow required cooling periods and follow the operating instructions.
Weld suitability and penetration depend on the process, material, joint preparation, electrode, settings, and technique; no universal plate-thickness guarantee is made.
🔧 2-IN-1: MMA STICK + DC LIFT TIG
The ARC200 DV supports both MMA/Stick and DC Lift TIG welding — two processes in one machine. It does not provide a MIG wire-feed process. Switch to Lift TIG for precision work on steel and stainless steel.
⚠️ Lift TIG requires an appropriate TIG torch and accessories, argon shielding gas, and tungsten electrodes. The WP-17V TIG torch with 35–50 Dinse connector is sold separately.
🔌 DUAL-VOLTAGE INPUT — CHECK SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS
The published manual specifies 110V ±15% input with 10–120A output adjustment and 230V ±15% input with 10–200A output adjustment.
Final current-batch label input I1max/I1eff: TIG at U1=220V: 26.5/15.7A; TIG at U1=110V: 27.3/15A; MMA/Stick at U1=220V: 40.9/15.8A; MMA/Stick at U1=110V: 45.5/14.4A. These are nameplate input-current values, not breaker ratings, and do not establish 15A/20A circuit compatibility.
Dual-voltage capability does not establish compatibility with every outlet, circuit, or generator. Have a qualified electrician verify the intended supply, circuit protection, wiring, grounding, and connection against the machine's input requirements before use. Compatibility with 120V/15A or 20A circuits is not promised without verified input conditions. Generator use requires verification of the generator's electrical output and suitability; automatic voltage sensing is not a substitute for that check.

Shipping Terms
All orders must be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. We are unable to modify the shipping address after an order has been placed. ARCPEX cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or packages stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
Orders Delayed, Lost, or Damaged
Inspect your equipment immediately upon delivery. If damage or missing items are found, contact service@arcpexweld.com within 24 hours with photos and your order number. Keep all original packaging — it is required for damage claims and warranty service.
ARCPEX will arrange free return shipping and a replacement unit for verified damaged or defective orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition with all accessories, cables, and documentation included. Free return shipping is provided for defective or damaged products. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. To initiate a return or exchange, email service@arcpexweld.com with your order number and reason for return.
Statement of Limited Warranty
ARCPEX expressly warrants to all purchasers ("Buyer") of new ARCPEX welding and cutting equipment ("Goods") that Goods shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship discovered within the warranty period, subject to the disclaimers and limitations set forth herein. This warranty is void if the equipment has been subjected to improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, misuse, neglect, or abnormal operation.
Warranty Period
ARCPEX will assume both parts replacement and repair expenses for correcting covered defects during the warranty period. All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery and are as follows:

• Accessories & Consumables (contact tips, nozzles, liners): 90 Days
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover: damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification; normal wear and consumable parts; damage caused by improper power supply or installation; or cosmetic damage that does not affect product function.

Contact service@arcpexweld.com within 24 hours of discovering a defect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. Our US-based support team responds within 1 business day. Genuine ARCPEX replacement parts are available for all current models.
