CE · IP21S Certified
Professional grade

TRUE 200A · 60% DUTY CYCLE · HOT START · ARC FORCE · VRD SAFETY · 2-YEAR WARRANTY.

The ARCPEX ARC200 DV is a professional-grade 200A dual voltage 2-in-1 welder built for construction, pipeline, farm, and mobile welding. Auto-sensing 110V/220V input, Hot Start, Arc Force, Anti-Stick, and VRD protection — all in a compact IGBT inverter that goes anywhere. Backed by a 2-Year Extended Warranty and 6-hour rapid response support.

🔧 4 REASONS THE ARC200 DV OUTPERFORMS THE COMPETITION

⚡ TRUE 200A OUTPUT · 40% DUTY CYCLE

Many budget welders advertise "200A" but can't sustain it. The ARC200 DV's IGBT Full-Bridge technology delivers a genuine 200A at 40% duty cycle (104°F/40°C) — meaning you can weld continuously without overheating shutdowns on real job sites.

Easily penetrates up to 5/32" (4.0mm) plate on stainless steel, mild steel, and cast iron. This is the output rating that matters — not peak, not marketing math.

🔧 2-IN-1: MMA STICK + LIFT TIG

The ARC200 DV supports both MMA Stick and DC Lift TIG welding — two processes in one machine. Switch to Lift TIG for precision work on steel and stainless steel.

⚠️ Lift TIG requires a WP-17V TIG torch with 35–50 Dinse connector (sold separately).

🔌 DUAL VOLTAGE 110V/220V — AUTO-SENSING

Auto-sensing technology detects and adapts to 110V or 220V input automatically — no manual switching required. Full 200A output on 220V for heavy structural steel. 120A on 110V for light repair and maintenance work.

Works on any generator output in the field — no voltage matching required.

🛡️ 4-IN-1 PROTECTION SYSTEM

🔥 Hot Start — Extra current burst at arc initiation for instant, reliable strikes on any electrode or surface condition
Arc Force — Auto-increases current during short-circuits to prevent sticking and ensure deep penetration
🚫 Anti-Stick — Cuts power instantly when electrode sticks, protecting both electrode and workpiece
🛡️ VRD — Reduces open-circuit voltage to safe levels (<35V) when not welding

💡 Why VRD matters: Standard open-circuit voltage (OCV) on stick welders is 50–80V — enough to cause serious injury in wet conditions. VRD reduces this to under 35V when the arc is not active, making the ARC200 DV significantly safer for outdoor, farm, and confined-space welding where moisture is a factor.

🔧 REAL APPLICATIONS

🏗️ Construction & Structural Steel

E7018 on rebar, I-beams, steel framing, and building construction. Arc Force ensures deep penetration on thick structural plate. Hot Start eliminates cold starts on mill scale and primer-coated steel.

🔩 Pipeline & Pressure Vessel

E6010 root passes on oil and gas pipelines, pressure vessels, and water mains. Arc Force maintains stable arc through the root gap. VRD protection keeps operators safe in wet trench conditions.

🚜 Farm & Ranch Repair

Tractor repairs, implement fabrication, trailer welding, gates, and fencing. Works on rusty and dirty farm equipment where MIG fails. 110V operation from any farm outlet — no generator needed for light work.

🚗 Mobile & Field Welding

Compact and portable for field service, on-site repairs, and emergency breakdown welding. Auto-sensing voltage works on any generator output. VRD ensures operator safety in outdoor and confined-space environments.

📦 WHAT'S IN THE BOX

  • 1× ARCPEX ARC200 DV welding machine
  • 1× Electrode Holder with cable (10FT)
  • 1× Ground Clamp with cable (10FT)
  • 1× User Manual (English)
  • ⚠️ Electrodes not included — Lift TIG requires WP-17V TIG torch with 35–50 Dinse connector (sold separately)
🛒 What you'll need to start welding: Stick electrodes (E6013 for beginners, E7018 for structural, E6010 for pipeline), a welding helmet with #10–#12 shade lens, and welding gloves. For Lift TIG: add a WP-17V TIG torch (35–50 Dinse), Argon gas, and tungsten electrodes. Plug into any 110V/20A or 220V outlet — auto-detects voltage.

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is VRD and why does it matter for safety?
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) reduces the open-circuit voltage (OCV) to under 35V when the arc is not active. Standard stick welders maintain 50–80V OCV — enough to cause serious injury in wet or confined environments. VRD makes the ARC200 DV significantly safer for outdoor, farm, and pipeline welding where moisture or confined spaces are a factor. It activates automatically and does not affect welding performance.
What is Hot Start and why does it matter?
Hot Start delivers a brief surge of extra current at the moment of arc initiation. This ensures the electrode strikes cleanly and the arc establishes immediately — even on rusty, dirty, or coated metal. Critical for E6010 and E7018 electrodes.
What is Arc Force and when does it activate?
Arc Force automatically increases welding current when the arc length shortens and approaches a short-circuit condition. This prevents the electrode from sticking, maintains arc stability during weave beads and root passes, and ensures deep penetration on thick plate. It activates automatically — no adjustment needed.
Can I use it for TIG welding? What do I need?
Yes — the ARC200 DV supports DC Lift TIG for welding steel and stainless steel. You'll need a WP-17V TIG torch with a 35–50 Dinse connector (sold separately), 100% Argon shielding gas, and tungsten electrodes. Note: Lift TIG does not support aluminum (AC TIG required for aluminum).
Can the ARC200 DV run E6010 electrodes?
Yes — the ARCPEX ARC200 DV is DC output, which is required for E6010 electrodes. The Arc Force and Hot Start make it well-suited for E6010 on pipeline, structural, and pressure vessel work.
Does it really auto-sense 110V and 220V?
Yes — the ARC200 DV automatically detects input voltage and adjusts accordingly. On 110V, maximum output is 120A. On 220V, full 200A output handles electrodes up to 5/32" on steel up to 1/2". No manual voltage switching required.
What does the 2-Year Warranty cover?
The ARCPEX ARC200 DV comes with a 2-Year Extended Manufacturer Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Our team commits to a 6-hour rapid response — contact service@arcpexweld.com. We offer replacement parts or full unit exchange.
