3-IN-1: MIG FLUX CORE · MMA STICK · LIFT TIG · 110V · NO GAS NEEDED · 2-YEAR WARRANTY.

The ARCPEX MIG135 FLUX is a compact, beginner-friendly 3-in-1 gasless MIG welder built for home repair, DIY fabrication, auto body, and light farm work. Run flux core wire with no shielding gas required, switch to MMA Stick for outdoor and dirty metal work, or connect a Lift TIG torch for precision steel welds — all from a single 110V outlet. At just  1 kg spool capacity, it goes wherever the job is. Backed by a 2-Year Extended Warranty and 6-hour rapid response support.

🔧 4 REASONS THE MIG135 FLUX OUTPERFORMS THE COMPETITION

⚡ TRUE GASLESS MIG — NO TANK, NO HASSLE

The MIG135 FLUX runs flux core wire (0.8–1.0mm) with zero shielding gas required. The flux coating in the wire creates its own protective shield during welding — perfect for outdoor work, windy conditions, and job sites where gas cylinders are impractical.

Output range of 50–110A handles sheet metal, thin plate, and light structural steel with clean, consistent beads.

🔧 3-IN-1: MIG FLUX · MMA STICK · LIFT TIG

Three welding processes in one machine. Use MIG Flux Core for fast, clean welds on steel without gas. Switch to MMA Stick for rusty, dirty, or painted metal where MIG struggles. Connect a Lift TIG torch for precision work on steel and stainless.

⚠️ Lift TIG requires a WP-17V TIG torch with 10-25 Dinse connector (sold separately).

🔌 PLUG INTO ANY 110V OUTLET

Designed for standard 110V household power — no special wiring, no electrician required. The IGBT inverter technology delivers stable arc performance even on long extension cords and generator power.

Rated input current of 32A — use a dedicated 20A+ circuit for best performance at higher amperage settings.

🪶 ULTRA-PORTABLE  · 1KG SPOOL

MIG135 FLUX fits in a toolbox and moves with you. Accepts standard 1 kg flux core wire spools — easy to source, easy to swap.

Fan-and-air cooling keeps the machine running efficiently. IP21S protection rating handles light moisture and dust in workshop environments.

🔧 REAL APPLICATIONS

🏠 Home Repair & DIY Fabrication

Gates, fences, furniture frames, brackets, and general steel fabrication. Flux core wire works on mill scale and light surface rust without grinding. Plug into any garage outlet — no gas setup required.

🚗 Auto Body & Sheet Metal

Patch panels, floor pans, exhaust hangers, and body repair on thin steel. The 50A minimum output gives precise control on thin gauge material without burn-through.

🚜 Farm & Ranch Light Repair

Quick repairs on implements, trailers, gates, and equipment. MMA Stick mode handles dirty, rusty farm metal where MIG wire struggles. Lightweight enough to carry to the field.

🎓 Beginners & Welding Students

Simple controls, no gas to manage, and a compact footprint make the MIG135 FLUX ideal for learning. Start with flux core MIG, then explore MMA and Lift TIG as your skills grow — all on one machine.

📦 WHAT'S IN THE BOX

  • 1× ARCPEX MIG135 FLUX welding machine
  • 1× MIG welding torch
  • 1× Ground clamp
  • 1× Electrode holder with cable (for MMA)
  • 1× Welding wire flux cored
  • 1× User Manual (English)
  • ⚠️ Flux core wire not included — Lift TIG requires WP-17V TIG torch with 10–25 Dinse connector (sold separately)

🛒 What you'll need to start welding: Flux core wire (0.8mm or 1.0mm, E71T-GS for general use), a welding helmet with #9–#11 shade lens, and welding gloves. For MMA: stick electrodes (E6013 for beginners). For Lift TIG: add a WP-17V TIG torch (10–25 Dinse), Argon gas, and tungsten electrodes. Plug into any 110V/20A outlet — ready to weld in minutes.

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need shielding gas for the MIG135 FLUX?
No gas required. The MIG135 FLUX is designed for flux core (gasless) MIG welding. The flux inside the wire creates a protective shielding atmosphere during welding — no external gas cylinder needed. This makes it ideal for outdoor work and job sites where gas is impractical. Note: it does NOT support solid MIG wire with gas (GMAW).
What wire size should I use?
The MIG135 FLUX accepts 0.8mm and 0.9mm flux core wire on a standard 1 kg spool. For general home and DIY use, 0.8mm E71T-GS is recommended — it's self-shielded, easy to run, and works well on thin to medium steel. Use 0.9mm for slightly thicker material or higher deposition rates.
What does 20% duty cycle mean in practice?
Duty cycle is the percentage of continuous welding time within a 10-minute cycle. At 20% (tested at 40°C), you can weld continuously for 2 minutes, then rest the machine for 8 minutes. In cooler shop environments (below 40°C), you'll get noticeably more continuous welding time. In hotter environments (above 40°C), the duty cycle will be lower. For typical home and DIY use — tacking, short runs, and intermittent welding
Can I use it for MMA Stick welding?
Yes — the MIG135 FLUX supports MMA Stick welding in addition to MIG Flux Core. An electrode holder with cable is included. Use E6013 electrodes for general steel, or E6011 for rusty and dirty metal. MMA mode is ideal when flux core wire isn't practical — such as on very thick or heavily corroded material.
Can I use it for TIG welding?
Yes — the MIG135 FLUX supports DC Lift TIG for welding steel and stainless steel. You'll need a WP-17V TIG torch with a 10–25 Dinse connector (sold separately), 100% Argon shielding gas, and tungsten electrodes. Note: Lift TIG does not support aluminum (AC TIG required for aluminum).
What circuit do I need at home?
The MIG135 FLUX runs on standard 110V household power. For best performance at higher amperage settings, use a dedicated 20A circuit. On a shared 15A circuit, you may experience breaker trips at higher output settings. A dedicated outlet in your garage or workshop is ideal.
What does the 2-Year Warranty cover?
The ARCPEX MIG135 FLUX comes with a 2-Year Extended Manufacturer Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Our team commits to a 6-hour rapid response — contact service@arcpexweld.com. We offer replacement parts or full unit exchange.
